This is a great place to start your search for information

Search engines are a fine place to start a search of the Internet, but often the results are unsatisfactory. Besides, the Internet isn't the only place to find information. Our library has gathered together some great resources for you to use to find the information you need.

 

  • Use Gale to find tons articles and information on just about everything.
  • Use SILO to find books, CDs, DVDs and other items in libraries.
  • Use HealthInfoIowa to start your search for health information.
  • Use Transparent Language if you wish to learn to speak a different language. (When registering for Transparent Language use zero followed by your library card number. exaple: 0123)
