Library Director

Kara Stuelke is the Director of J.J. Hands Library as of 2025. Kara and her family live outside of Callender, IA.  She has been a part of neighboring communities her whole life. Kara and her husband have 2 children with an acreage full of animals.  She loves to spend time with her family and pets, gardening, doing puzzles and making art. Stop in and chat about books or just say hi!
